Shy oversees and develops educational programs for high school students in the Chicago-land Area that include college applications, college tours, FAFSA, scholarships, student jobs, social justice and cultural exposure.

Shy has obtained 3 degrees from Loyola University Chicago: Psychology (BS), Sociology (BA), Clinical Social Work (MSW)

She attended Ball State University where she earned her Masters Degree: Applied Behavioral Analysis (MA)

And now has taken her talents to Harvard
